I'm French and have been living for more than 13 years in Amsterdam. Most of my life has been spent outside of my home country, and I was raised by parents who have worked, travelled and lived all over the world.
The fascinating worlds of high jewellery and fine watches have been my work and passion, to which I contributed in all disciplines related to marketing, communications and strategy. During half of my corporate career I've been honoured with the task of managing people. Beauty, art, craftsmanship and people fuel my curiosity and enthusiasm daily.
I understand the demands, the high pace, the doubts and fears that come along with wanting to perform, to be successful and to evolve.
It is my life's mission to learn everyday how to navigate life and work with joy, confidence and integrity. I will never be done and I am loving the ride.
What can you expect ?
Coaching principles have always intuitively been part of my approach in life and at work. How to handle a conversation, how to open someone's mind, how to guide someone so that they find their own way and answers. There is no greater joy for me than helping someone to see the lights turn on in their eyes, their shoulders drop, and a smile return to their face.
I have 7 years of people management experience, formally trained at Animas Center for Coaching and am an EMCC accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level.
Working with me, you can expect 60 minute 1:1 thought provoking conversations during which I will guide you to find your own answers. I hold a toolbox full of ways to help the truth and path emerge for you and from you. I believe we already have all the answers we need inside of us, and if they are not, I believe we have all the ressources we need to find them where they are.
